Civic Action Program

#EnAcción is a civic action program aimed toward young university students and professionals with a social commitment to Puerto Rico. The program seeks to develop a systemic perspective among participants to form leaders capable of effectively carrying out social impact initiatives for Puerto Rico.

Program Components

Bootcamp

Intensive 3-day training experience whose main objective is to develop a systemic perspective in the participants. We provide the tools to understand and identify challenges of your interest, generating solutions from a systemic level.

Mentorship

You will receive support for 3 months from mentors relevant to the project, population or cause with which you will be working. The mentors will help you to verify the relevance and viability of your project and obtain the resources for its implementation.

Strategic Alliances

Once you complete developing the project, we will seek to connect you with strategic alliances or resources that will help position you as a changemaker and contribute to the execution of your project.

Requisitos:

Have fully completed any of the editions of PARACa or similar leadership programs.
Have full availability from March 3-5, 2023 (date of the bootcamp).
Have an initial idea of the type of social problem you wish to work on within #EnAcción.
Have availability 25 hours per month to dedicate to your project and mentoring during the months of March, April, and May 2023.
