We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization led by young people active in social change initiatives for Puerto Rico. With the participation of youth, we aspire to a more just, supportive and participatory Puerto Rico.

Who we are?

Programs

To mend the breach in civic engagement in Puerto Rico, MPA has created programs geared towards college students and young professionals.

Throughout the year, we hold events to discuss relevant issues for our generation. We often hold forums, round-table conversations and panels to exchange experiences and discuss ideas about Puerto Rico's social realities and foster networking. 

Events and Campaigns

IMPACT

Of our participants, 92% successfully completed the program and 100% feel part of a community of Changemakers. We generated 67 partnerships and contributed $4,072,133.49 to the third sector and to Puerto Rico. Learn more about what we achieved in 2022 by accessing the Annual Report.

internship center

PARACa provides internship centers with a full-time human resource (intern) with high social commitment.

 

Our program facilitates the recruitment and human resources process for your organization.

Toward the eradication of gender violence in Puerto Rico

We developed the Guide to Inclusive and Anti-Racist Language to enable and facilitate inclusive workspaces for young people in Puerto Rico.
